Bilingual Conference opens today in Anchorage

Dr. Jon Reyhner, educator and long-time indigenous language advocate, opens the 38th Bilingual Multicultural Education/Equity Conference this morning in Anchorage. The conference continues through Friday at the Anchorage Sheraton.
